Engineering Assistant/Technician (Line Technology)

Responsibilities
- Monitor key product parameters to maintain quality and yield.
- Analyze daily process capability and take preventive or containment actions for deviations.
- Track in-process yield and perform loss analysis.
- Review and decide on material disposition for final products.
- Identify and report abnormal losses or defects promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or Science required.
- Willingness to work permanent 12-hour day or night shifts.
