Warehouse Manager
Your main roles isundertaking daily Operation in Warehouse, Logistics & Oversee Purchasingduties. Control Purchasing Department and ensuring Goods are well receivedtimely and correctly accordance to PO issued. Month / Year End Stock takevariant and reports submission to Manager timely. Excellent communication skills in Team Workto create a good Warehousing environment for the Organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations
- Ability to SETUP a Warehouse for Raw Materials, Finish Goods, Inventory Items (SKU) with good systems records In/OUT.
- Understand all products use in the Organization.
- Re-Organize Storage Compactors to keep SKU items or daily requires items instead of Dead Stock.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and safety of goods.
- Manage Year End Stock take for Warehouse and records goods at subcon factory for External Auditor.
- Maintain Company ISO for Purchase and Warehouse management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
- Conduct Mid and Year End Stock take with accurate quantity in system vs actual.
- Team Management
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, leave Approving and performance evaluations and leave approval and non approval.
- Schedule shifts and manage workforce to meet operational needs.
- Promote a safe, productive, and compliant work environment.
- Safety and Compliance
- Enforce safety policies meets in warehouse Operations especially Forklift Safety Usage and Operating.
- Upkeep of Forklift & Reach-Truck in a clean manner with routine wash and maintain of Good Use. Schedule Servicing and Preventive measure.
- Logistics Coordination
- Liaise with Customers or HQ for Goods Delivery or collection ensuring materials collected timely for production.
- Upkeep all Transports vehicles in a clean manner with routine wash and maintain of Good Use on Road and Personal Safety. Eg- Tires well maintain, Inspection routine schedule, Servicing of Vehicle..etc.
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and accessibility.
- Reporting & Documentation
- *Prepare reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and incident reports monthly to management. Before and After Pictures.
- Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Process Improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Utilize technology and tools to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Budgeting & Cost Control
- *Monitor warehouse expenses and seek cost-effective solutions.
- *Manage inventory procurement and stock replenishment .
Requirements
- Diploma in Warehouse Management.
- Ability to manage warehouse Team Members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft. Eg- Excel ,Words & PPT
- Singaporeans or PR
