Job Scope
- Attend to inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and requests promptly
- Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, or procedures
- Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution
- Record and update customer interactions in the system accurately
- Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary
- Meet service standards, response times, and KPIs
- Maintain professionalism and good customer relationships at all times
- Assist with administrative and documentation duties when required
- Support team operations and participate in training sessions
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Prior customer service or call centre experience preferred
