Customer Service (Call Centre / Emails)

Job Scope

  • Attend to inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and requests promptly
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, or procedures
  • Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system accurately
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary
  • Meet service standards, response times, and KPIs
  • Maintain professionalism and good customer relationships at all times
  • Assist with administrative and documentation duties when required
  • Support team operations and participate in training sessions

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Able to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Prior customer service or call centre experience preferred
