This role is with a global real estate and facilities management organisation supporting a high‑profile residential portfolio for an international client. The team delivers property and facilities services across the full life cycle of residential assets, with a strong focus on compliance, service standards, and stakeholder engagement.
Your new role
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of a residential property portfolio, managing assets from onboarding through occupancy and exit.
- Coordinate move‑in and move‑out activities, ensuring properties meet readiness, compliance, and safety requirements.
- Monitor maintenance, inspections, and contractor performance to ensure service delivery standards are met.
- Support compliance, risk management, and safety practices across all properties.
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, procurement, and vendor management.
- Act as a key point of contact for residents and stakeholders, handling queries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and system updates for property operations and compliance.
- Support process improvements and ensure consistent delivery across the portfolio.
What you'll need to succeed
- A relevant qualification in facilities management, property, construction, or a related discipline.
- Around 2–3 years of experience in facilities or property management, preferably within residential portfolios.
- Experience managing contractors, maintenance activities, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in structured, process‑driven environments.
- Exposure to residential, government, or regulated environments is an advantage.
