Role Overview
Our client, a well-established asset management firm is looking to fill a Senior Finance Manager to support management, reporting, and portfolio oversight across real estate and renewable energy investments, supporting both asset performance and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for property and renewable assets
- Manage portfolio-level performance analysis (IRR, NAV, cash flow, returns)
- Partner with asset management and investment teams on financial insights and deal evaluation
- Support acquisitions, divestments, and financing transactions (incl. due diligence)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with auditors, lenders, and external stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and financial controls
Requirements
- Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA/CA preferred
- 8–12+ years’ experience in asset management, real estate, infrastructure, or renewables
- Strong knowledge of investment structures and project/asset-level finance
- Experience with both income-generating assets and development projects is a plus
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
