Role Overview
Support investor communications, fundraising, and relationship management forreal estate investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare investor reports, presentations, and updates
- Act as main contact for investor queries
- Support fundraising, due diligence, and roadshows
- Maintain investor database and materials
- Work with investment team on portfolio insights and messaging
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- 3–8 years in investor relations / real estate / asset management
- Strong understanding of property investment metrics
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
