Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Clinic Sales Consultant with proven skin aesthetic experience to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional client service in a professional aesthetic clinic environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by closing sales of skin aesthetic treatments and services effectively
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Lead and motivate team members to support clinic sales objectives and deliver excellent service
- Create a welcoming client experience by demonstrating a pleasant and professional demeanor
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge through training to stay current with aesthetic industry trends and products
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in skin aesthetic sales
- Proven track record of strong sales closing rates
- Effective leadership skills to guide and inspire team members
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving clinic practices
