Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Loan Business Relationship Manager (LBRM) to drive client acquisition and portfolio growth in the SME financing space. The ideal candidate should be confident in sourcing, assessing, and managing borrower relationships from lead generation to disbursement and post-sales servicing.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and acquire new SME clients requiring unsecured working capital financing.
• Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through self-sourcing, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct preliminary credit assessments, including analysis of financial statements, bank statements, and ACRA reports.
• Structure suitable financing solutions based on clients’ cash flow and funding requirements.
• Manage the full sales cycle: Prospecting → Pitching → Submission → Negotiation → Closing.
• Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Maintain strong post-disbursement relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor portfolio repayment performance and manage account renewals.
Job Requirement
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SME financing, unsecured lending, or business loan sales in Singapore.
• Proven track record in originating and closing unsecured business loans.
• Strong understanding of SME cash flow analysis and credit assessment principles.
• Self-driven, resilient, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Existing network of SME clients, brokers, or referral partners is highly preferred.
• Experience in fintech lending or alternative financing platforms is an advantage.
