Sales Executive (Interior Design)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Interior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, understanding client requirements, presenting interior design solutions, and coordinating with the design team to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
## Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking.
* Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design and renovation requirements.
* Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and project estimates.
* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
* Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Keep up-to-date with interior design trends, materials, and market developments.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
## Requirements
* No formal education required. Training will be provided
* 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, home décor, or construction-related industries.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
* Knowledge of interior design concepts and materials is an added advantage.
