Procore & Finance Delivery Manager

Global Switch

About the Role

As Procore Finance Manager, you will own project setup and financial controls in Procore, ensuring consistent governance, compliance, and high-quality, accurate data across all projects. You will train and support internal teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to drive adoption and adherence to agreed processes. You will manage workflows, approvals, and documentation to meet deadlines and keep projects moving smoothly. The role requires a proactive approach, calm decision-making under pressure, and strong attention to detail, with proficiency in Procore and related systems such as Yardi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that system administration meets our commitment to ISO standards and that projects are appropriately audited and are able to comply with any applicable standards.

  • Implement Global Switch highest standards of quality assurance throughout the design, build and handover phases of multiple projects in APAC, demonstrating accountability for quality and compliance.

  • Ensure that project management systems, procedures and processes through Procore are used throughout the project lifecycle by all appropriate resources, taking ownership for driving consistency and best practice.

  • Support project leaders on project documentation, while monitoring project workflows and reviewing the status of tasks to ensure progress is tracked and appropriate actions are taken to drive forward project completion.

  • Assist the team in daily Procore operations, including the creation, management, and updating of projects within the platform.

  • Act as the gatekeeper for financial management activities on Procore, taking ownership for ensuring that all submissions / documents are reviewed, approved and tracked to avoid payment / project delays.

  • Set up project financial management on Procore including enabling necessary tools, establishing project budget, setting up commitments, etc.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including cost managers, project managers and finance managers to ensure project costs are well managed on Procore and synchronised with other financial platforms.

About you

You’re a detail‑driven and highly organised professional with strong expertise in Procore and a passion for driving financial governance across project environments. You take ownership of project setup, financial controls, and system integrity, ensuring data is accurate, compliant, and supports effective decision‑making. With a strong understanding of project finance and controls, you’re confident managing budgets, commitments, workflows, and approvals acting as a trusted gatekeeper to keep projects moving and minimise risk.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with project managers, cost managers, finance teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure consistent adoption of systems and processes. A natural communicator, you’re comfortable delivering training, supporting users, and acting as a key point of escalation for both system and process queries. Proactive and solutions‑focused, you maintain calm under pressure, identify opportunities to improve workflows and controls, and drive continuous improvement across the Procore landscape. Above all, you are committed to maintaining high standards of governance, compliance, and quality across multiple projects.

Key Requirements

  • Advanced Procore capability across project setup, financial tools, workflows, approvals, and reporting.

  • Strong understanding of system governance, permissions, and configuration to ensure consistent use and best practice across multiple projects.

  • Experience integrating Procore with wider finance and property systems (e.g. Yardi or equivalent).

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain robust project financial controls within Procoe.

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, commitments, change management and cost tracking to prevent delays and financial risk.

  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy, document control and audit readiness.

  • Experience working within ISO-aligned environments and supporting audits and quality assurance processes.
