Hotline Support

  • Answer incoming hotline calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Listen to callers’ enquiries, concerns, or requests and obtain relevant information.
  • Record caller details and case information accurately in the designated system or log sheet.
  • Escalate urgent or complex matters to the appropriate staff member.

Administrative Support

  • Support other ad hoc administrative duties assigned by supervisors.
