YOUR ROLE
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on production equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and support quick recovery to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections, servicing, cleaning, and calibration of machines and equipment.
- Replace defective components, parts, and consumables as part of maintenance activities.
- Support equipment setup, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Assist in monitoring machine performance and reporting abnormal conditions or recurring issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists, and service reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with workplace safety procedures during maintenance work.
- Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and production teams during maintenance and repair activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, automation, or industrial environments.
- Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field preferred.
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with automated material handling equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy for maintenance documentation and reporting. Willingness to support shift work, standby duties, overtime, and on-site operational requirements when needed.
