Retail Supervisor

Seeking an experienced store manager to drive sales performance and foster a customer-centric environment. This role focuses on enhancing store productivity and managing team dynamics effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store productivity and achieve sales projections.

• Foster an enthusiastic atmosphere that prioritises customer engagement and service excellence.

• Monitor and enhance the service environment by providing ongoing feedback on service behaviours.

• Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective execution and attainment of sales goals.

• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising and store maintenance standards for a consistent store ambiance.

• Identify underperforming personnel and implement targeted development and support measures.

• Recognise individual contributions and communicate performance feedback constructively.

• Develop and execute strategies to address key business challenges and drive desired outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of three to five years of experience in store management within the retail or service industry.

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is essential.

• Proven capability to motivate teams to exceed performance standards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Excellent client service and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
