Sales Associate

Join our dynamic team as a permanent part-timer and play an essential role in driving sales and ensuring seamless operations. Your expertise in customer engagement and inventory management will contribute to an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, adhering to established style and service standards.

• Drive sales through effective cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.

• Manage back-of-house (BOH) operations, ensuring an organized and compliant stockroom.

• Oversee all stock processes, including receiving, unpacking, tagging, and system updates.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts, reconciliations, and variance tracking.

• Handle product replenishment to the sales floor to ensure availability.

• Support product flow, stock transfers, RTVs, consolidations, and delivery coordination.

• Uphold loss prevention, audit procedures, and BOH safety standards.

• Maintain an energetic presence on the sales floor while meeting store sales goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of a secondary school education.

• Strong commitment, able to work a flexible schedule four times a week, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Passion for the retail and service industry.
