Executive, Project Management

The Project Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager for property development projects, ensuring efficient coordination and delivery. This position offers hands-on experience in project management, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing development projects from design to completion.

• Monitor project programmes, milestones, and deliverables, identifying potential risks or delays.

• Coordinate design and submissions with consultants to ensure timely development.

• Maintain schedules for statutory submissions and approvals.

• Organise and manage project documentation and filing systems.

• Draft meeting agendas and minutes while tracking action items.

• Liaise with internal departments and support coordination among stakeholders.

• Assist in budget monitoring, contract administration, and management reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in property development or related projects.

• Independent, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and consultants simultaneously.

• Familiarity with the development and regulatory processes in Singapore.

• Comfortable with both technical aspects and project documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is advantageous.
