About the Role

The Marketing Communications (MarCom) Specialist is responsible for deploying, in accordance with the yearly Sales Centre (SC) business plan, all marketing communications and promotional activities to help achieve targets. The role ensures consistent promotion of our brand values and messages across all relevant touchpoints (online and offline) and is accountable for the development, prioritization, governance, and performance reporting of the local communication plan.

This role will be based in Singapore, is part of the Marketing Department, and reports to the Head of Marketing.

The main tasks and responsibilities are

Communication Strategy, Planning & Governance

  • Develop and maintain the local communication strategy and annual MarCom plan derived from the SC business plan and marketing plan (incl. objectives, target groups, focus topics, and key messages).
  • Understand and monitor customer journeys, the local media landscape, and media usage behavior; translate insights into the communication mix and prioritization of activities.
  • Lead MarCom budget planning and control (incl. agencies/vendors), ensure governance for approvals and brand compliance, and provide regular performance reporting with recommendations for optimization.

Content, Collateral & Messaging

  • Produce and publish collateral and content based on the communication plan (e.g., website pages, newsletters, announcements, articles, event communications, sales enablement materials).
  • Ensure consistent messaging aligned to brand values, focus topics, and offering priorities; define briefs and coordinate internal subject matter experts and external agencies as needed.
  • Maintain collateral lifecycle and quality standards (version control, reuse of global assets, local adaptations, and translations where required) while ensuring compliance with Endress+Hauser brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Campaigns, Events & Local Activation

  • Organize, execute, and follow up on relevant exhibitions, webinars, and local customer/media events in line with the communication plan (incl. pre- and post-event communications and KPI review).
  • Drive local campaign execution end-to-end across relevant touchpoints (digital, email, website, events, and paid activities) in close alignment with Sales, Industry Managers and Business Development stakeholders.

Digital Channels, Website Governance & Marketing Platforms

  • Maintain the SC website and keep it up to date (local and corporate content, e-newsletters, announcements, articles, events, success stories etc.)
  • Maintain data in the given platforms (e.g., CRM, link tracking tools, content systems, social media platforms) to enable tracking, data analysis, and closed-loop reporting into the sales funnel.
  • Ensure knowledge and best practice on utilizing and orchestrating all relevant touchpoints — especially digital marketing channels, to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Support the New Brand and Communication Approach (NBCA) and other corporate focus activities locally (brand campaign, focus topics, focus offering, and industry launches); continuously optimize the communication portfolio for impact.
  • Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies and best practices and recommend/test improvements that enhance promotion effectiveness and lead generation.

Stakeholder Management, Interfaces & Reporting

  • Act as an integral part of the Market & Customer Development process by aligning with Sales, Industry Managers, Business Development and Service stakeholders on priorities, focus topics, and go-to-market activities.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners (briefing, quality control, timelines, and cost management) to ensure on-brand, on-time delivery.
  • Ensure tracking and reporting of MarCom activities and outcomes (incl. funnel contribution where applicable), run regular reviews with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of the communication plan and budget usage.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform any other tasks required by the Company to support its business strategy.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Creative, solution-oriented and self-driven with strategic and analytical thinking.
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing communications, ideally in an industrial/technical environment, with demonstrated ownership of communication planning and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and analytics (e.g., website performance, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing) and the ability to translate data into decisions and optimization.
  • Ability to develop and steer a communication plan (objectives, target groups, messages, channel mix, timeline) and to prioritize topics for maximum business impact.
  • Good understanding of B2B customer journeys and sales funnels; experience enabling tracking and closed-loop reporting from MarCom activities into the funnel.
  • Experience working with external agencies/vendors and managing budgets, timelines, and quality of deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and project management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead without authority across functions.
  • Take initiative and ownership for his/her topics
  • Work Experience in MNC and similar industry will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with industrial automation or process instrumentation industry.
