- Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks across the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

- Develop and implement IT risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to enhance the organization's risk posture.

- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and reviews of IT systems, applications, and processes to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT risk management practices are integrated into business operations and project lifecycles.

- Monitor and report on IT risk metrics, trends, and incidents to senior management and stakeholders.

- Provide guidance and training to employees on IT risk management practices and promote a culture of risk awareness.

- Stay updated on emerging IT risks, technologies, and regulatory requirements to proactively address potential threats.

- Support incident response and business continuity planning efforts to minimize the impact of IT disruptions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

- Strong understanding of IT risk frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar standards.

- Experience with risk assessment methodologies, vulnerability management, and incident response processes.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services or technology sectors is a plus.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
