- Manage and oversee the incident management process, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve incidents effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in incident management or a similar role within the IT industry.
