Solutions Architect (Enterprise AI)

ACCESS PEOPLE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.

Solution Architects sit at the centre of long-term customer transformation, taking customers from initial excitement to deeply embedded workflows their teams rely on every day.

Responsibilities

  • Roll out the product across strategic engineering organisations, configuring environments, designing workflows and running hands-on enablement sessions
  • Help developers integrate the tooling into real production workflows rather than isolated demos, driving fast time-to-value and durable adoption across teams
  • Identify workflow friction and solve technical problems quickly alongside developers and platform teams
  • Spot where the product should expand next within a customer's environment, and help organisations move from isolated usage to company-wide adoption
  • Design rollout strategies for new workflows, teams and platform groups, and partner with customers to operationalise AI-assisted development at scale
  • Build deep, trusted relationships across developers, platform teams, engineering leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Lead architecture reviews, technical working sessions and strategic planning discussions
  • Advise customers on developer productivity, workflow design, governance and AI adoption strategy
  • Coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to unblock customer progress
  • Connect product usage to measurable outcomes such as faster iteration cycles, improved developer productivity and engineering quality, and help customers communicate that value internally
  • Turn successful deployments into repeatable workflow patterns, and bring structured customer feedback into Product and Engineering to help shape new capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering or developer tooling
  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architect, Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Account Manager or Enterprise Architect
  • The ability to work hands-on with engineering teams while also operating strategically with technical leadership
  • A solid understanding of developer workflows, SDLC tooling, integrations, CI/CD systems, governance and enterprise engineering environments
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences
  • Strong instincts around workflow design, adoption strategy and driving change across engineering teams
  • High ownership, strong execution, and comfort operating in fast-moving environments with a degree of ambiguity
  • A genuine passion for developer tooling and a clear point of view on how AI will reshape software engineering
