Solutions Architect (Enterprise AI)

Solution Architects sit at the centre of long-term customer transformation, taking customers from initial excitement to deeply embedded workflows their teams rely on every day.
Responsibilities
- Roll out the product across strategic engineering organisations, configuring environments, designing workflows and running hands-on enablement sessions
- Help developers integrate the tooling into real production workflows rather than isolated demos, driving fast time-to-value and durable adoption across teams
- Identify workflow friction and solve technical problems quickly alongside developers and platform teams
- Spot where the product should expand next within a customer's environment, and help organisations move from isolated usage to company-wide adoption
- Design rollout strategies for new workflows, teams and platform groups, and partner with customers to operationalise AI-assisted development at scale
- Build deep, trusted relationships across developers, platform teams, engineering leadership and executive stakeholders
- Lead architecture reviews, technical working sessions and strategic planning discussions
- Advise customers on developer productivity, workflow design, governance and AI adoption strategy
- Coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to unblock customer progress
- Connect product usage to measurable outcomes such as faster iteration cycles, improved developer productivity and engineering quality, and help customers communicate that value internally
- Turn successful deployments into repeatable workflow patterns, and bring structured customer feedback into Product and Engineering to help shape new capabilities
Responsibilities
- Technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering or developer tooling
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architect, Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Account Manager or Enterprise Architect
- The ability to work hands-on with engineering teams while also operating strategically with technical leadership
- A solid understanding of developer workflows, SDLC tooling, integrations, CI/CD systems, governance and enterprise engineering environments
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences
- Strong instincts around workflow design, adoption strategy and driving change across engineering teams
- High ownership, strong execution, and comfort operating in fast-moving environments with a degree of ambiguity
- A genuine passion for developer tooling and a clear point of view on how AI will reshape software engineering
