Customer Relations Officer
- UP$4,500 basic + variable bonus
- Gul Circle, Singapore
- Mon to Fri, 8:00am to 5:30pm; Sat, 8:00am to 12:00pm
- Reports to: Director / Project Manager
A reputable organization in the construction industry, known for delivering large-scale upgrading and improvement projects, is seeking dedicated Customer Relations Officers to support stakeholder engagement and community relations initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve feedback, complaints, and conflicts related to ongoing construction projects in a timely and professional manner
- Plan and execute public relations initiatives, including drafting circulars, notices, and communication materials for residents and stakeholders
- Attend and support dialogue sessions with clients, Resident Committees, Citizens’ Consultative Committees, Town Councils, and other stakeholders as required
- Provide administrative and logistical support for Construction Working Committee meetings
- Conduct regular site visits to residents and tenants affected by construction works to gather feedback and communicate updates on schedules and potential impact
- Collaborate closely with contractors to proactively address and mitigate issues arising from construction activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, tenants, and key stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings and prepare accurate minutes of meetings
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all public relations cases, correspondence, and communication materials
- Handle coordination, submission, and documentation tasks related to project requirements
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, as well as ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience in Home Improvement Programme (HIP) projects (mandatory)
- Ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
- A team-oriented individual who is willing to be based at site offices
