WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, manage staff and inventory, and ensure efficient, safe processes aligned with operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure timely and accurate warehouse throughput
• Plan and implement warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and operational flow
• Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock audits to maintain accuracy and reduce discrepancies
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to build a skilled, motivated team and foster a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Monitor logistics operations performance, including delivery schedules and accuracy, and implement improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline warehouse operations and resolve operational issues
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to standardize warehouse activities and improve efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in Singapore
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of inventory control and logistics processes
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
