Job Summary

Support project administration and lead a team of internship trainees and new site hires to deliver accurate engineering documentation and project execution support at Leytron.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project administration tasks across multiple engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project progression and compliance
  • Lead and mentor a team of internship trainees and new site hires to enhance their skills and integrate them effectively into project teams
  • Prepare detailed test reports and method statements to document project implementation and support quality assurance
  • Draft and review Single-Line Drawings using AutoCAD to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to project specifications
  • Execute ad hoc duties as required to support project delivery and operational efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or ITE certification in Electrical Engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and reviewing engineering drawings

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior experience in engineering or management roles to support effective project coordination and team leadership
