Job Summary
Support project administration and lead a team of internship trainees and new site hires to deliver accurate engineering documentation and project execution support at Leytron.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project administration tasks across multiple engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project progression and compliance
- Lead and mentor a team of internship trainees and new site hires to enhance their skills and integrate them effectively into project teams
- Prepare detailed test reports and method statements to document project implementation and support quality assurance
- Draft and review Single-Line Drawings using AutoCAD to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to project specifications
- Execute ad hoc duties as required to support project delivery and operational efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or ITE certification in Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and reviewing engineering drawings
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in engineering or management roles to support effective project coordination and team leadership
