Finance Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions of the Company.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and budgeting exercises.
• Monitor project costing, revenue recognition, work-in-progress (WIP), and profitability analysis for construction projects.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, fixed assets, and treasury functions.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, corporate secretaries, and government agencies.
• Oversee GST submissions, corporate tax matters, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and risk management procedures.
• Monitor project cash flow and funding requirements to support operational needs.
• Support tender submissions by reviewing financial requirements, bonds, guarantees, and project-related financial risks.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support business growth and decision-making.

• Support other ad-hoc finance or administrative duties when required

Requirements

• Able to work 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday)

• Prior work experience in the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based industry is strongly preferred.

• Good understanding of project accounting, construction costing, and revenue recognition principles.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
