TEAM & ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual, based in Singapore, to join our Trade Operations team. The team acts as the gatekeeper of all trades, ensuring every transaction is executed accurately and in line with global regulations. In this hybrid role, you will combine contract management with hands-on trade operations, supporting the full lifecycle from contract drafting to delivery and settlement coordination across global markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping across multiple products
• Execute and coordinate trade deliveries by efficiently and accurately actioning on incoming/outgoing deliveries, maintaining an updated inventory balance.
• Act as a key point of contact between traders, clients, and operations to resolve issues and keep trades on track
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to increase team efficiency

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 2-5 years of experience in contract management, trade operations, or a similar role within a commodity trading environment
• Strong understanding of trading contracts and operational workflows, ideally within environmental or energy markets
• High attention to detail, structured way of working, and ability to manage time-sensitive processes across multiple regions
• Strong communicator, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple stakeholders
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
• Native English; Chinese is an advantage
