Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit

Warehouse Assistant Manager and Driver

to support daily supply chain operations. You will manage inventory control and ensure the accurate, timely, and safe delivery of goods to customers or job sites.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, sort, and store incoming goods, supplies, and materials.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label items according to delivery orders.
• Stock Checks: Conduct regular physical inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Loading/Unloading: Manually or mechanically load and unload heavy cargo from containers and delivery vehicles.

Driving & Delivery

Timely Deliveries: Plan efficient daily delivery routes to ensure prompt and safe delivery of goods to various locations.

Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily checks on the delivery vehicle (e.g., oil, tires, lights) and maintain its cleanliness.

Documentation: Verify delivery orders, invoices, and obtain customer signatures or process payments upon delivery.

Compliance: Adhere to all local traffic laws and road safety regulations. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Requirements & Qualifications

License: Valid local driving license (e.g., Class 3 or Class 4) with a clean driving record.

Physical Ability: Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or delivery role is preferred.
