Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning operations of assigned coffee shop outlets.

Schedule, assign, and monitor the work of cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, kitchens, washrooms, and common areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, and food hygiene regulations.

Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety practices.

Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, performance, and work discipline.

Manage cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment, and inventory, and arrange replenishment when necessary.

Liaise with coffee shop management and clients to address cleaning requirements, feedback, and service issues.

Handle and resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and emergency cleaning situations promptly.

Ensure proper waste collection, disposal, and recycling procedures are followed.

Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance reporting for cleaning equipment.

Prepare work reports, inspection records, attendance records, and other operational documentation.

Assist in manpower planning, deployment, and replacement arrangements when required.

Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out according to the agreed service standards and contractual requirements.

Perform any other duties assigned by management related to cleaning operations and site supervision
