JOB OBJECTIVE
CPS Asia provides a range of cybersecurity services and solutions to our regional clients with a strong focus on Operational Technology. Our ambition is to scale up our existing business and increase our footprint in the region with a refreshed strategy and mandate to leverage our global capability and win new business in our core markets.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading a team to develop and implement cybersecurity application/infrastructure systems. The individual is also responsible for project and resource scheduling, project tracking, risk management and quality assurance. Overseeing the development and implementation of the project as well as to track and control all project phases and activities
The role will require someone that this is a problem solver, determined and enthusiastic. They will bring experience of implementing a wide variety of cybersecurity products and solutions within large complex system development. They will have the ability to apply cybersecurity and principles to organizational requirements and be able to identify and remediate critical infrastructure systems that were designed without system security considerations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of more than 20 people over a range of medium to large scale/complex projects
- Working with customers/stakeholders to align project objectives, propose delivery schedules and secure necessary resources
- Planning all project work streams based on a detailed understanding of project scope and deliverables
- Work closely with the engineering team to deliver high impact cybersecurity projects
- Work closely with the operations and engineering teams to ensure smooth transition into operations for ongoing BAU management.
- Coordinating with key stakeholders across teams to improve alignment, develop joint priorities with the technology and business teams
- Working with vendors to manage scope, schedule and cost for project deliverables
- Success will be evident in the measurement of clear planning of project scope, timeliness of deliverables, managing customer expectations and successful completion of project milestones.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- At least 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity or Infrastructure Projects
- Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes, driving cross-team programs to desired results, and managing risk.
- Proven track record in delivering IT projects/programs with mixed complexity and high quality while tracking project budget, scope, and schedule.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities; effective in matrix management and team building
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak to technical-level staff and summarize communications for business stakeholders and executives
- Strong financial understanding and ability to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Highly effective in managing the risk and cost implications of IT contracts or contract negotiations
- Experience taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good understanding of Cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirement and cybersecurity controls and solutions
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle, Software Quality Assurance methodologies.
QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent
- PMP Certified
- Experience presenting metrics and progress against goals to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications
- Cybersecurity Certifications (eg. CISSP, CRISC, CISM) is an added advantage
