Project Executive – JLL
What this job involves
As a Project Executive, you will support the Operations Lead in delivering Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and project services across multiple sites within a key aviation account. This role plays a critical part in ensuring service excellence, operational continuity, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage contracts, oversee project delivery, and ensure compliance with agreed service levels. This is an individual contributor role suited for someone who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment and is committed to high service standards.
What your day-to-day will look like
Support the Operations Lead in the delivery and performance of IFM contract deliverables across multiple sites
Manage vendor-performed services and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Prepare, collate, and submit soft services, facilities, and project reports according to required timelines
Build and maintain strong working relationships with client representatives and key service providers
Support project tender show rounds to understand requirements, define scope of work, and coordinate vendors for quotations
Review, evaluate, and consolidate vendor quotations and prepare formal submissions for management and client approval
Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders
Prepare project progress and completion reports, and support project claims and invoicing processes
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract and project management
Proven experience in vendor management and service delivery against SLAs and KPIs
Strong project coordination and organisational skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
High attention to detail with the ability to prepare and submit accurate reports on a regular basis
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting facilities or projects within complex, multi-site environments
Familiarity with Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and relevant legislation
Exposure to client-facing roles with a strong focus on service quality and responsiveness
Certification in facilities management, premises management, or a related discipline
Experience working in aviation-related or highly regulated environments
