Job Summary
You will lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer experiences. Develop staff schedules, train employees, oversee compliance with hygiene standards, manage budgets, and maintain positive diner relations to drive operational success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
- Develop and implement work schedules aligned with restaurant demand and staffing needs
- Train new employees to meet performance and service standards
- Ensure compliance with restaurant hygiene regulations to maintain safety and quality
- Supervise kitchen and waitstaff, providing constructive feedback to improve performance
- Write and analyze daily budget reports covering revenue and costs to support financial management
- Manage weekly and monthly payroll processing for restaurant staff
- Organize and maintain inventory of restaurant supplies to ensure availability and reduce waste
- Interact with diners to build positive rapport and resolve conflicts effectively
- Utilize restaurant management software to streamline operations and reporting
- Memorize and clearly explain menu items to enhance customer experience
- Adapt to flexible working hours to meet operational requirements
