Student Management Operations Support

Location: Chua Chu Kang
Working Hours:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Contract Duration: 29 June 2026 to 23 Oct 2026 (3 months and 25 days)
Salary: UP $ 3,000

Provide supervision and support for student discipline and development, including managing late-coming, in-house suspensions, and programmes. Ensure student safety during recess, lunch, and CCA, and handle incidents using restorative practices while supporting at-risk students.

Responsibilities:

• Support management of late-coming students
• Run in-house suspension and detention sessions
• Assist with pull-out programmes
• Patrol school areas (canteen, courts, field, classrooms) during recess and lunch
• Supervise and manage students during CCA periods
• Conduct investigations and support students using restorative practices when incidents occur
• Assist in programmes that support the development of at-risk students

Requirements:

• Prior experience in enforcement agencies or related fields, with the ability to support case management and disciplinary processes using a restorative practice approach.
• Service-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently within deadlines.
• Candidates with prior experience in enforcement agencies or similar operational environments will be an advantage.
