Assistant Administrator cum Receptionist

Responsibilities:

Administrative Scope

  • Provide administrative support, assist with work permit applications, manage workers’ dormitory movement, update of employees’ medical plan, payment requisition and other assigned tasks
  • Support staff engagement activities and workers welfare matters
  • Provide support on other People & Culture functions and areas as assigned

Reception Scope

  • Greet, welcome visitors & prepare refreshments, manage front desk and ensure front desk area is tidy, organized and presentable
  • Screen incoming phone calls in a professional manner and route the call to the correct party
  • Manage outgoing mails and arrange for courier services
  • Sort incoming mails and distribute to the respective departments
  • Manage meeting rooms’ calendar and booking, and ensure meeting rooms are tidy, organized, and ready for the next meeting

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Service orientated with an excellent communication skill
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
  • Self-starter, independent and a good team player
  • Mindset to work in a digital environment
