Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Account Manager to support financial operations and client account management, ensuring accuracy in multi-currency transactions and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage company accounts and maintain accurate financial records to support operational integrity
• Handle invoicing, track payments, and perform account reconciliation to ensure timely and accurate financial processing
• Perform foreign currency exchange calculations and monitor exchange rate differences to maintain financial accuracy
• Coordinate payment matters with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth transactions
• Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly closing to support financial transparency and compliance
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to maintain healthy cash flow
• Ensure accuracy in all financial documentation and transactions to uphold company standards
• Support administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management to contribute to overall business efficiency
  
  Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong understanding of foreign exchange calculations and multi-currency transactions
• Good analytical and numerical skills to interpret financial data effectively
• Good communication and coordination skills to collaborate with stakeholders
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently to manage tasks efficiently
