Flight Steward | Private Jet

Pan & Company is seeking an experienced Flight Steward or Stewardess to support the private aviation operations for a Singapore-based private client operating a Gulfstream aircraft out of Seletar Airport.

The successful candidate will be employed by Pan & Company and assigned to support the travel requirements of a long-standing private client. The role offers direct responsibility over cabin hospitality, passenger comfort, safety and inflight service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly personalised inflight service and hospitality to passengers with family
• Ensure the highest standards of cabin presentation and readiness
• Manage catering arrangements, amenities and passenger preferences
• Conduct safety and security checks in accordance with aviation requirements
• Coordinate with pilots, ground handlers and service providers
• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times

Requirements

• A genuine love for flying with 18 or more years' experience as a senior Cabin Crew, Flight Attendant or Stewardess with significant experience serving First Class passengers in a premium commercial airline
• Interest and experience in taking care of elderly and young passengers
• Ability to travel frequently during school and public holidays
• Ability to travel at short notice for both short and long haul flights
• Flexibility to stay abroad for up to a few weeks at a time to accommodate the private client's schedules
• Fluent English communication skills
• Fluency in Japanese with experience gained within Japan will be highly advantageous due to passenger and travel requirements
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision with the personality to go beyond providing in-flight services but take on other pre-flight operational duties
• Prior leadership, mentoring or crew training experience would be advantageous
• The confidence to be subjected to a full reference check as part of the selection process
• Other ad hoc personal assistance duties where required
