We specialize in creating memorable celebrations through event venues, food & beverage, customised cakes, party decorations, and entertainment experiences.

We are looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Events & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Event Sales & Coordination

• Respond to event enquiries via WhatsApp, email and social media platforms
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into bookings
• Prepare event quotations and proposals
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Assist with venue setup and event operations when required

Marketing & Content Creation

• Plan and create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
• Film and edit short-form videos, reels and promotional content
• Capture photography and videography during events, celebrations and daily operations
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions

Customer Service

• Handle customer enquiries professionally and promptly
• Provide recommendations based on customer needs and group sizes
• Build strong relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat visits through excellent service and engagement
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally and promptly
• Support membership, loyalty and promotional campaigns to drive customer retention and repeat business

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Events Management, Communications or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Passionate about social media, events and customer engagement
• Comfortable appearing in videos and creating content
• Basic photography and videography skills preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when events require

Salary Range

$2,800 – $3,500 per month
(Based on qualifications, skills and experience)
