Community Engagement Project Executive

Location: City Hall

Working Hours: Office Hours (Mon- Fri)

Duration: 3 months, subject to extension

Salary: up to $4500 per month

Responsibilities:

• Engage and build relationships with community leaders and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Support the planning and coordination of structured engagement programmes, dialogues, and outreach initiatives
• Assist in organizing community harmony activities and national-level initiatives that promote inclusion and mutual understanding
• Coordinate meetings, events, and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of programmes

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline; or equivalent relevant experience
• Prior experience in stakeholder engagement within public agencies is advantageous
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Singapore Citizens only
