Job Scope:
1. Investigative & Case Support

• Assist in conducting preliminary investigations and fact- finding interviews regarding minor incidents.

• Obtain student and witness statements where appropriate and compile evidence and prepare structured incident reports to relevant KPs for directions.

• Update parents of affected students on the progress and conclusion of investigation.

2. Detention

• Supervise students assigned for either behavioural detention class (BDC) and Corrective Work Order (CWO) (Tuesdays to Fridays) at any point of time.

• Ensure students complete assigned tasks during detention.

• Follow up with form teachers for students assigned for and have missed their detention.

• Ensure detention tasks are meaningful and developmental in nature.

3. In-House Suspension Support

• Support school staff in managing students sent out of class, on internal suspension and who are missing from class.

• Support learning continuity during suspension through liaising with form teachers.

4. Administrative Support

• Perform data entry support for late-coming, offences and interventions.

• Compile weekly or monthly discipline statistics when required.

• Assist in monitoring student reporting channel.

• Maintain confidentiality of student information.

• Review detention, late coming and corrective work processes during the holidays.

5. Any other duties administrative and operational duties pertaining to student management that are assigned by the School during the period of employment.

Duration: 3 Aug 26 to 31 Dec 26
Location: Barker Road
Working Hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

• Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Salary: $3100/Month

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in restorative practice and behavior intervention, alongside a calm disposition to effectively handle challenging situations involving students

• Three (3) years working experience in a uniformed service background (e.g. Police, Prison Service or equivalent), with involvement in youth-related case investigations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Be able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google collaborative tools
