Student Care Teacher [Marine Parade | Guidance-Focused] #EC

Job Summary
Provide structured supervision and holistic guidance to primary school students in a premium student care environment. This role focuses on supporting students’ daily routines, homework completion, and character development, while academic teaching is conducted by dedicated enrichment teachers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of students at all times

• Guide students in completing their school homework and spelling revisions (no formal teaching required)

• Reinforce positive behaviour, values, and independence through daily interactions

• Support the implementation of centre programmes, including enrichment schedules and holiday activities

• Maintain a structured and conducive environment for learning and development

• Build positive rapport with students to support their social and emotional growth

• Communicate professionally with parents on students’ progress and behaviour when required

• Assist with classroom management, administrative tasks, and centre operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in student care, childcare, or education setting

• Comfortable guiding primary school students with homework (English and/or Chinese)

• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills

• Patient, nurturing, and able to handle children in a structured environment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours & Benefits

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• School Holidays: Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Annual Leave: 14 days
