Application Engineer (Energy Storage Batteries - Design / Simulation)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and application engineering expertise for smart building, fire safety, and facilities management solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products, systems, and engineering solutions.
• Conduct technical evaluations, simulations (FEA/CFD), and feasibility studies to support product applications and project requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, specifications, drawings, reports, and application documentation.
• Support product installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in project planning, costing, scheduling, and technical presentations.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, testing, and audits as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Provide technical training and after-sales support to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering, Mechanical Design & Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CAD, FEA, CFD, or similar engineering software is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to customer and project sites when required.
