Job Summary

Supervise architectural, civil & structural (C&S), and mechanical & electrical (M&E) work related to the Home Improvement Programme (HIP), ensuring compliance and quality across projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Architectural, C&S, and M&E work to ensure compliance with Home Improvement Programme (HIP) standards and project requirements
• Coordinate and oversee work progress at multiple precinct sites to meet project timelines and quality expectations
• Apply knowledge from safety-related courses to maintain safe work environments and practices on site
• Utilize IES or NCCS certification knowledge to guide technical and regulatory compliance in project supervision
• Adapt supervision practices to support HDB project requirements and standards where applicable

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working on HDB projects to enhance project delivery and stakeholder engagement
