Job Summary

Asian Metal & Enggr Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee and coordinate daily business operations, manpower deployment, project support activities, procurement coordination, and administrative functions. The successful candidate will ensure smooth execution of company operations while maintaining efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities across construction, engineering, and hardware supply projects.
• Plan and manage manpower deployment according to project requirements.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment allocation, and project logistics.
• Monitor project schedules and assist in resolving operational issues.
• Prepare operational reports, work schedules, and management updates.
• Support procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
• Maintain operational records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and operational targets.
• Assist management in improving workflow efficiency and cost control.
• Coordinate with finance and administration teams on invoicing, project claims, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations, construction, engineering, logistics, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience in construction, manpower supply, or hardware industry will be an advantage.

Salary Range

S$3,500 – S$5,000 per month
