IT Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT Specialist to provide first-level technical support and ensure smooth operation of business applications and IT systems. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting, supporting users, and working with IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, network issues, and business applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including systems, servers, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and IP telephony.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations.
• Handle software installation, updates, and patching.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and respond to service requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

• ITE or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of IT support or helpdesk experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and cybersecurity practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
