Job description for Sales & Marketing Manager

• You will be directly involved in the process of consultation and marketing of Freight Forwarding /NVOCC/logistic services. Able to handle carriers/feeder operation.

• Ability to self-manage and drive to results and manage a team of sales executives , customers service executives - both exports and imports.

• To develop strong business building relationship with existing and new customer base.

• To be fully accountable for meeting individual key performance indicators and targets.

• Meeting sales forecast and target.

• Submit regular reports covering sales activities, performance, and plans.

• Willing to travel oversea on short notice.

Requirements

• Must have minimum Diploma/ University Degree in any discipline.

• Ideal candidate should have the experiences selling air/ ocean/ import/ export/ FCL/LCL; full line of logistics services with good contacts in market.

• Experienced shipping executive of 2 -3 years with Freight Forwarding/NVOCC/regional, shipping or liner industry,

• Fresh graduates /Entry level applicants with experience but lacks qualification etc are welcome to apply.

• Able to work independently, with multitasking abilities, and able to take work pressure

• Good team player.

• Positive work attitude and good communication skills and willingness to travel inside Asian region.

• Sales focused with strong abilities to develop good customer relations and hit sales targets.

• Ability to perform under pressure.

• Salary will be commensurate with experience.
