Backend Engineer (JAVA/AI PLATFORMS)

Key Responsibilities

[Backend & Platform Development]

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and microservices architecture

• Support integration between systems, databases, and messaging platforms

• Improve system performance, scalability, stability, and operational efficiency

• Participate in troubleshooting, optimization, and production support

• Work with APIs, asynchronous messaging systems, and multi-database environments

[AI & Automation Support]

• Support AI-assisted engineering and automation initiatives

• Participate in workflow automation, testing automation, and engineering productivity improvements

• Explore AI development tools and automation platforms to improve development efficiency

• Support engineering best practices for AI-assisted development workflows

[Engineering Collaboration]

• Work closely with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams

• Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and system improvement initiatives

• Support technical delivery, implementation, and rollout activities

Requirements

[Technical Skills]

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Java backend development experience

• Familiar with microservices architecture and distributed systems

• Experience or exposure to Redis, Kafka, MySQL / Oracle, and ClickHouse

• Familiar with API integration and backend system development

• Basic understanding of system performance optimization and troubleshooting

• Experience with CI/CD or code review practices is an advantage

[AI & Automation Interest]

• Interest in AI-assisted development, automation workflows, or engineering productivity tools

• Willingness to learn AI engineering and automation technologies

• Exposure to AI coding tools or automation platforms is a plus

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technology environment

• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese is essential, as the role requires frequent liaison with Chinese-speaking counterparts and stakeholders, and the preparation, review and handling of Chinese-language work materials

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered

- 與產品、工程及基礎設施團隊緊密合作，推動項目落地

- 參與 Code Review、測試、CI/CD 流程及系統優化工作

- 支援系統實施、上線部署及相關技術交付工作

職位要求

技術能力

- 至少 3 年 Java 後端開發經驗

- 熟悉微服務架構及分散式系統設計概念

- 具備或接觸過 Redis、Kafka、MySQL / Oracle、ClickHouse 等技術

- 熟悉 API 整合及後端系統開發流程

- 具備基本系統效能優化、問題分析及故障排查能力

- 具備 CI/CD 或 Code Review 經驗者尤佳
