Project Officer, Anti Scam (Public Agency)

We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate with strong administrative, research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills to support anti-scam initiatives, reporting, and policy-related projects within a regulatory or government environment.

Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary: Up to $3,450/month

Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative and operational processes related to anti-scam initiatives.
• Liaise with licensees and other stakeholders to obtain information and facilitate communications.
• Tabulate, organise, and consolidate data to support reporting activities and management updates.
• Conduct research and benchmarking studies on international anti-scam practices and related initiatives.
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects and operational assignments as required.

Requirements

• Background in Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Prior experience in a regulatory, government, or compliance-related environment would be an advantage
