About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate / Senior Officer to join our client – Planning & Budget Management team- (Only Singaporean)

This role sits at the heart of IT governance and operational planning, supporting procurement coordination, financial tracking, and planning initiatives that enable technology teams to deliver critical digital capabilities across the organisation.

If you have a strong foundation in SAP, procurement processing, and administrative coordination, and enjoy working in a structured yet dynamic environment, this role offers excellent exposure to IT governance, budgeting processes, and public sector procurement frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Financial Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day procurement administrative activities for goods and services.
  • Raise and process procurement requests through SAP systems (ePRS / PRAS).
  • Support stakeholders in ensuring timely procurement submissions aligned with internal policies.

Tracking & Process Management

  • Monitor procurement requests, Goods Receipt (GR) processes, and overall procurement status.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for procurement and finance processes.

Planning & Budget Support

  • Support the CIO Office in coordinating IT planning and budgeting activities.
  • Assist in preparing materials for procurement planning discussions and internal reviews.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across IT teams to ensure procurement requirements are met.
  • Facilitate coordination for meetings related to procurement and planning initiatives.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support for planning seminars, workshops, and internal initiatives.
  • Assist the team with ad-hoc projects and operational tasks when required.

What We Are Looking For

Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline

2–3 years of administrative or procurement-related experience

Hands-on experience with SAP systems and procurement workflows

Familiarity with finance and procurement procedures will be advantageous

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong documentation, organisation, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
