Customer Service Executive
- Communicate clearly with corporate clients to provide accurate information about company products
- Record and transfer qualified eads promptly to the sales team or designated person for follow-up
- Collaborate with the team to support lead generation efforts
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and lead details to ensure smooth handover to sales personnel
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification
- Willingness to learn and adapt through provided training
- Previous sales/customer service experience is an advantage but not required
Other Information
Salary: Up to $3,000 basic monthly salary + attractive monthly incentives based on performance (up to $800 monthly)
Additional half-yearly bonus based on performance
Location: Near MRT station
