Production Supervisor

Job Description

• Position Title: Production Supervisor
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:00am – 8.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Shift Allowance + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Line Leaders and Operators to meet daily production output and efficiency targets.
• Plan manpower and 12-hour rotating shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Guide Line Leaders in training new staff on work procedures, equipment handling, and quality standards.
• Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and escalation of technical issues to reduce downtime.
• Ensure smooth operation of batching, dumping, and packing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, food safety, and quality requirements.
• Verify product sampling, in-process quality checks, production records, and Navision entries.
• Maintain good housekeeping, 5S standards, waste collection, and recycling activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and workplace safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience in food manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Able to lead Production Operators and Line Leaders.
• Basic knowledge of production machinery, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with GMP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
