Position: Temp Customer Service and Membership Executive
Employment Period: 2 weeks, extendable based on company's requirement
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Location: Stadium MRT or Bishan Stadium
Salary: $17–$19 per hour (depending on exp)
Job Purpose
We are seeking a T emp Customer Service & Membership Executive to support the daily operations of sports club membership management, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities
Club Affiliation Management
- Manage and administer day-to-day club affiliation processes
- Process new and renewed club affiliations using online membership portal
- Maintain and update all club affiliation records and forms
- Keep an up-to-date database of Full Members, Affiliate Clubs, and Associate Clubs
Membership Administration
- Oversee daily membership operations, including new registrations and renewals
- Process memberships and maintain accurate records
- Verify that participants and judges in SG events hold valid memberships
- Distribute membership packs for new and renewed members
- Handle all membership-related enquiries in a professional manner
General Administration & Operations
- Manage general enquiries inbox and respond to correspondence
- Support sales and inventory management of SG merchandise and stock items
- Provide administrative support to the Community Development Team
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth office functioning
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Admin, candidates with relevant work experience are also welcome to apply.
- At least 2 years of exp in administration or customer service
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Proficient in Excel
- Training will be provided
