Position: Temp Customer Service and Membership Executive

Employment Period: 2 weeks, extendable based on company's requirement

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Location: Stadium MRT or Bishan Stadium

Salary: $17–$19 per hour (depending on exp)

Job Purpose

We are seeking a T emp Customer Service & Membership Executive to support the daily operations of sports club membership management, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities

Club Affiliation Management

Manage and administer day-to-day club affiliation processes
Process new and renewed club affiliations using online membership portal
Maintain and update all club affiliation records and forms
Keep an up-to-date database of Full Members, Affiliate Clubs, and Associate Clubs

Membership Administration

Oversee daily membership operations, including new registrations and renewals
Process memberships and maintain accurate records
Verify that participants and judges in SG events hold valid memberships
Distribute membership packs for new and renewed members
Handle all membership-related enquiries in a professional manner

General Administration & Operations

Manage general enquiries inbox and respond to correspondence
Support sales and inventory management of SG merchandise and stock items
Provide administrative support to the Community Development Team
Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth office functioning
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Diploma in Business Admin, candidates with relevant work experience are also welcome to apply.
At least 2 years of exp in administration or customer service
Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
Proficient in Excel
Training will be provided
