KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
Strategic Finance & Budgeting
- Lead the cluster's budgeting and resource allocation framework.
- Develop funding models, manpower budgets, and financial plans.
- Oversee budgeting, consolidation, and financial reporting across institutions.
Healthcare Funding & Policy
- Translate national healthcare policies into financial and funding frameworks.
- Design and manage healthcare funding and payment models.
- Develop sustainable funding strategies for Population Health and Integrated Care programmes.
Financial Governance & Decision Support
- Establish financial governance, reporting standards, and accountability frameworks.
- Develop dashboards and management reports to support leadership decision-making.
- Advise management on financial implications, funding options, and strategic trade-offs.
Finance Transformation & Digital Health
- Lead finance transformation initiatives and leverage technology to improve productivity and insights.
- Oversee financial governance of digital health and IT projects, including budgeting, business case reviews, cost monitoring, and post-implementation reviews.
- Drive automation and standardisation of financial processes and reporting.
Stakeholder & Project Leadership
- Partner with clinical, operational, IT, and policy stakeholders to align funding with healthcare outcomes.
- Represent Finance in cluster-wide and national-level projects.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving funding, finance transformation, and governance.
- Min Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
