Strategy Partner to APAC CEO, Singapore

EM Group has been retained to identify a high-calibre strategy professional to partner closely with the Regional CEO (APAC) of a global, market-leading B2B organisation.

This is a rare opportunity for an individual from a leading strategy consulting firm or corporate strategy environment to step into a highly visible role at the heart of a complex, international business, working directly with senior executive leadership on key strategic priorities and transformation initiatives.

Our client is a highly successful international B2B organisation with multi-billion US dollar revenues and operations spanning Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. The business has established a leading market position through a combination of entrepreneurial culture, strong customer focus, and disciplined execution.

The role combines strategic analysis, cross-border stakeholder engagement, and hands-on delivery of transformation initiatives, offering significant exposure to senior leadership and decision-making.

Key areas of focus include:

• Supporting the development and execution of regional strategy across multiple countries and business units
• Analysing business performance to identify trends in margin, profitability, and cash generation, and translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Partnering with senior country leadership teams to align and implement strategic priorities
• Leading and supporting high-impact initiatives spanning commercial, operational, and organisational transformation
• Contributing to strategic projects including supply chain optimisation, commercial process improvement, asset and infrastructure optimisation, and market development initiatives
• Supporting M&A activity, including financial evaluation, due diligence, and integration planning

You will bring:

• Background in a leading strategy consulting firm or corporate strategy function with no more than 7 years of working experience
• Strong analytical and financial capability, with the ability to filter complex data into clear insights
• Prior experience operating in an APAC environment
• MBA or equivalent from a world-class business school

A highly competitive compensation package is on offer, including performance-related bonus, and benefits. Relocation support to Singapore will be provided and visa sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates.

This role offers a clear pathway into broader regional or global leadership positions, including potential progression into P&L ownership within a 3-4 year timeframe, subject to performance and business needs.
